About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Development and Public Relations to lead and oversee fundraising projects, events, and priorities that align with the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of the development plan, including the evaluation of fundraising programs and donor recognition activities. This role involves defining and executing donor cultivation and solicitation strategies, as well as engaging various stakeholders in the cultivation of donor relationships. The Executive Director will also be involved in marketing activities, serving as the company spokesperson, and managing all matters related to public relations. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing, or Organizational Planning, or at least five years of related healthcare experience. A minimum of 2 years' of managerial and administrative experience in planning, marketing, and public relations is required, with a preference for candidates with five or more years in healthcare administration. The role demands strong administrative and organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including the board, staff, physicians, donors, and volunteers. Proficiency in computer skills is essential, and experience in budget and financial planning management is desired.
