Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Game Ready and HA businesses by assisting with a variety of marketing and operational tasks. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager for North America, this role ensures the seamless execution of marketing programs, digital campaigns, and administrative functions. The Marketing Coordinator provides critical support to the sales and marketing teams, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Program Support:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Revise and maintain sales collateral to effectively showcase the product portfolio and marketing programs, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and projects.
- Support the creation and editing of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Manage logistics for trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events, including follow-up tasks.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Maintain and update website content and landing pages to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaigns.
- Coordinate with digital marketing vendors and internal teams to optimize campaigns for reach and engagement.
- Research and recommend innovative tools and strategies for enhancing digital marketing efforts.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring proper preparation and distribution of agendas and materials.
- Maintain and update marketing and sales databases, tools, and trackers.
- Handle purchase orders, vendor contracts, and invoices, ensuring alignment with budgets.
- Manage inventory of promotional items and materials, ensuring timely reordering.
- Provide operational assistance to sales teams, including distribution of leads, materials, and tools.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, campaigns, and customer feedback.
- Serve as a point of contact for sales team inquiries related to marketing resources and processes.
- Monitor and compile data on market trends, customer feedback, and campaign performance.
- Assist with competitive analysis and industry research to inform marketing strategies.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing, communications or related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently when needed.
- Experience coordinating marketing programs, campaigns, or events.
- Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or related industries is a plus.
- Basic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and marketing automation software.
