GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sr Manager - Creative is responsible for shaping and maintaining Eyebuydirect's brand identity, voice, and expression. Reporting to the CEO of Eyebuydirect, this role is vital to the brand presence, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Brand, Product and Performance to identify and prioritize key commercial opportunities. The role collaborates with stakeholders and guides the Creative team to achieve business objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Orchestrate Integrated Campaigns: Lead the design and execution of multi-platform, multi-channel campaigns that align creative content with business objectives and brand marketing strategies.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop creative and content strategy and achieve strategic objectives by aligning creative and content efforts across all digital touchpoints, integrating data-driven insights with aesthetic and functional excellence.
  • Best-in-Class Branding: Oversee the development and implementation of best-in-class digital branding and marketing creative that resonate across various channels.
  • Trend Integration: Stay ahead of creative, digital, and visual trends, bringing innovative ideas that elevate the brand's presence in the market.
  • High-Volume Asset Production: Direct the creation of a high volume of creative assets across all channels and mediums, including but not limited to digital ads, emails, web assets, and social media.
  • Production: Lead production processes, including photoshoots, selects, retouching/editing, and implementation to bring concepts to life.
  • Performance-Driven Design: Drive and integrate feedback loops from performance marketing and email teams to refine creative through A/B testing and data analysis, ensuring the most effective outcomes.
  • AI Integration: Understand the importance of AI in creative and content processes, exploring ways to incorporate AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Creative Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of designers and copywriters, fostering a positive, creative work environment. Develop the team's skills and capabilities to meet business needs and deliver impactful creative.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the key stakeholders across product, brand, marketing calendar, performance marketing, CRM, and SEO teams to execute campaigns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, Graphic Design, Marketing or relevant fields
  • 7+ years of experience in Creative Lead role for D2C brands preferably in the fashion and/or lifestyle space. Prior eCommerce experience required
  • 5+ years of leadership experience leading a team of designers
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design and creative composition; photography and video concerting, direction and production
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, diversified and multicultural environment
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Suites. Expertise in Adobe/GA analytics reports will be a plus

Pay Range: 122,759.71 - 180,071.10

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
