Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute aggressive growth marketing strategies that focus on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Leverage data to identify and scale high-impact marketing channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing initiatives to measure performance, generate actionable insights, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to develop materials, tools, and strategies that enhance their ability to close deals and drive revenue.
- Oversee the company's digital marketing efforts, including content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media, with a focus on driving measurable growth.
- Partner with the Product Team to craft and execute marketing strategies for new and existing products, ensuring market fit and alignment with growth goals.
- Oversee the planning and execution of industry conferences and events, including selection, registration, logistics, and ROI assessment.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, with a strong focus on growth marketing disciplines, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of demonstrable senior marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record in growth marketing and driving scalable customer acquisition in an early-stage startup environment.
- Deep understanding of growth marketing principles, including lifecycle marketing, growth hacking, funnel optimization, and performance marketing.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing ABM strategies that drive targeted growth.
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CMS, CRM, and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot).
- Extensive experience across a variety of marketing channels, with a strong focus on digital, SEO, content marketing, product marketing, email campaigns, and event management.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights and growth strategies.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to the evolving needs of a growing startup.

- Salary Range: $170,000-190,000 DOE.
