monday.com is seeking a dynamic and strategic Field Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of our annual conference, Elevate. You will be responsible for identifying key target audiences, creating personalized event experiences, and supporting the logistics of strategic initiatives led by the sales and customer success teams.

This role requires someone who is not only highly organized and strategic but also skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams, has a strong understanding of sales/customer success processes, and can drive creative, engaging experiences that align with business objectives.

About Elevate:

Elevate is our flagship annual customer conference, bringing together monday.com users, product experts, and industry leaders for networking, learning, and innovation. It's also a key business initiative aimed at driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.

About The Role

  • Target Audience Identification & Segmentation: Define and segment target audiences (e.g., executives, industry-specific groups) to tailor experiences
  • Event Experience Design: Create personalized event tracks, such as executive sessions or industry-focused gatherings, to align with business goals
  • Collaboration with Sales & CS Teams: Work closely with sales and customer success teams to design and execute targeted initiatives and experiences
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling event materials, including invitations, agendas, and communications tailored to audience segments.
  • Logistics & Production Management: Oversee event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and ensuring seamless execution of small events
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth planning and execution
  • Post-Event Engagement: Develop follow-up strategies to maintain relationships and gather feedback to improve future events
  • Measure Success: Track event engagement, gather feedback, and analyze results to optimize for future events


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a related role (preferably with experience in B2B or SaaS environments)
  • Ability to think strategically about audience segmentation, messaging, and tailored event experiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders (sales, CS, operations, vendors, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer success functions, with the ability to translate customer insights into impactful event experiences

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $125,000-$155,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
