Location: Remote, USA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $105,000.00 - $140,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary

We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our Demand Gen team at OneStream Software, a leading corporate performance management (CPM) platform for the office of finance. The experienced candidate will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of a comprehensive Field Marketing plan for their assigned region and may be aligned with and manage regional Field Marketing Managers and Specialists. They will work closely with OneStream Marketing and Sales teams to create and execute demand generation plans to drive consistent, high-quality pipelines.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop a bi-annual Field Marketing strategy and plan to meet established pipeline goals, incorporating tactics including but not limited to:
    • Virtual and in-person events
    • Email outreach
    • Digital/online marketing
    • Direct mail
    • Social media activity
  • Develop knowledge of all OneStream product lines/services and positioning.
  • Align with Regional Sales Leaders, including RVPs and Sales Directors, on strategy to meet regional pipeline goals.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing peers and other extended team members including Channels/Alliances and Product Marketing.
  • May manage and mentor regional Field Marketing Managers and Specialists.
  • Use historical data and analytics to measure performance and gain insights to inform strategies and tactics best suited to reach regional pipeline goals.
  • Produce and share regional Field Marketing performance updates, including trend analysis and recommendations, with key stakeholders on a quarterly basis.
  • Research third party vendors and obtain competitive pricing for all required products and services.
  • Track and manage to an allocated budget.

Required Education and Experience

  • 7+years of experience in global software/tech Field Marketing.
  • A 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant/related field experience.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint), Hubspot, and WordPress.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Prior marketing experience with any of the following products:
    • SAP Outlooksoft BPC
    • SAP BOFC (Cartesis)
    • Hyperion HFM, FDM, Planning, Essbase, Enterprise
    • IBM Cognos or other EPM solutions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident communicating with and presenting to all levels of organizational management, especially senior sales leadership.
  • Strong comprehension of and experience with Field Marketing processes and best practices.
  • A data-driven mindset with deep affinity for marketing metrics and analytics.
  • Fiscally responsible with a pragmatic approach to planning and budgeting.
  • Organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize a variety of projects.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong reasoning skills.
  • Independent thinker, uses good judgement.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position may be responsible for supervising regional Field Marketing Managers and Specialists.

Travel

Travel Requirement: Travel as needed, estimated at 10%.
