CTG is seeking to fill a Creative Project Manager opening for our client in Morrisville, NC.
**Location:** Morrisville, NC
**Duration:** 12+ months, with the possibility of extension
**Duties:**
+ Work collaboratively across departments to produce projects on time and on budget
+ Create strategic project plans that clearly identify key milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resources
+ Lead the execution of large-scale marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives
+ Prepare and maintain clear and accurate communication and project documentation, including project plans, status reports, internal meeting notes, change requests, resource requests, and assignments
+ Manage the timely progression of the project. Route work for review, updates, and approval, archiving files and assets, and opening and closing projects
+ Evaluate and mitigate risk, analyze impact, and provide strategies to shift and solve issues
**Skills:**
+ Strong project management skills
+ Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.)
+ Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and stakeholders
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
**Experience:**
+ 5+ years of experience working in a creative agency environment in an account or project management role
+ Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including print, interactive, digital, mobile, and film
+ Proven experience of effectively managing large-scale projects from brief through to delivery
**Education:**
+ Educated to degree level or equivalent
