Job Title: Paid Media Buyer
Location: Remote (Hybrid opportunities available for Dallas, TX)
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic Paid Media Buyer to lead our digital advertising strategy across OTT (Over-the-Top) platforms, CTV (Connected TV), and earned media channels. This role will also oversee all digital paid ad accounts, ensuring data-driven decisions that maximize ROI. By incorporating the responsibilities of a Paid Search Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of driving performance across multiple digital marketing touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Strategy and Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on OTT and CTV platforms.
- Develop innovative earned media strategies to increase brand visibility.
- Manage and oversee all digital paid ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
- Search Advertising:
- Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and implement PPC campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids to achieve KPIs.
- Generate reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Leverage analytics tools to track, measure, and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure data-driven strategies align with broader business objectives.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad visuals and videos.
- Partner with marketing leadership to ensure consistency across all media channels.

- Experience in healthcare or pharmacy-related industries.
- Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
- Creative flair for developing compelling ad content.

- Proven experience in paid media buying, with expertise in OTT, CTV, and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong background in paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different platforms while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with performance-based marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
