What part will you play?

Hybrid Content Manager to oversee the creation, management, and deployment of dynamic digital content across various signage and broadcast platforms within a live events venue. The ideal candidate will bring strong digital signage CMS experience, complemented by a willingness to learn or familiarity with live media workflows and tools such as Ross Expression.

What will you be doing?

  • Content management and scheduling for multiple digital signage solutions throughout the venue utilizing LSquared and Ross Xpressions content management software.

  • Oversee the quality control, timely scheduling, and delivery of digital content across various signage networks.

  • File types will include:

  • Video

  • Images

  • HTML

  • Data Integrations

  • Test, encode and schedule digital content and verify that the programming is functional and correct based on content requirements.

  • Operate Ross Expression for real-time graphics updates and dynamic content management in live or event-driven environments (training provided if needed).

  • Collaborate with media systems engineers to ensure integration of content into AV and broadcast workflows.

  • Test, encode, and verify content to ensure proper playback and functionality.

  • Work with system engineers and vendors to address technical issues or implement software updates.

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of new content asset files.

  • Participation in systems test planning and test execution.

  • Assist in training additional content users for backfill / redundancy needs.

  • Participation in the validation of operational readiness through documentation, training, monitoring, etc.

  • Compliance with the established Client change management processes for software updates.

  • If applicable, collects and reports all service activities through the Client’s service ticketing system.

  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned and agreed to by the client and Diversified.

  • Complete necessary training programs from vendors, industry associations, and company as required.

  • Performs other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Basic troubleshooting of media player devices as required.

  • Commitment to ongoing learning, including vendor-provided training in Ross Xpression or similar tools.

What do we require from you?

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with digital signage CMS platforms (e.g., BrightSign, Scala, Appspace).

  • Familiarity with media workflows or live event environments is a plus.

  • Proficiency in file types such as video, images, HTML, and RSS/XML/JSON integrations.

  • Basic troubleshooting skills for media players and digital signage systems.

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Experience with IPTV systems.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across creative and technical teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to have a flexible schedule as required to support after-hours and weekend live events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Ross Xpression or similar live production tools.

  • Knowledge of dynamic content creation, motion graphics, or broadcast media systems.

  • Familiarity with AV systems and basic networking concepts.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day requirements of the onsite resource.

  • Create all content assets.

  • Provide the resource with the necessary hardware and software to complete job functions (e.g. laptop, software licenses, etc).

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience depending on the position offered, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
