The Prospect League is looking for a dedicated Highlights Show Host & Digital Content Intern to join our media team for the 2025 season!
The Prospect League, a premier wood-bat collegiate summer baseball league, wants you to join our media team as 2025 Seasonal Digital Content Intern for 12 weeks from approximately May 19 to August 11. This quality educational and professional experience provides diverse sports management opportunities that will help the successful candidate in pursuit of a sports business career. A stipend will be paid upon completion and college course credit may also be arranged.
Under the direction of the League Commissioner, Director of Technology and Operations, and Manager of Digital and Strategic Content, the intern's duties will include:

The internship is a mostly remote position with travel encouraged to the Prospect League All-Star Fest in Springfield, Ill., July 7-8. All applicants will be considered, but preference may be given to candidates within the League's geographical footprint.

ABOUT THE PROSPECT LEAGUE
The Prospect League is a premier Midwestern wood-bat collegiate summer baseball league with 18 teams across Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania. The League provides college players with a professional setting with excellent competition and high-quality facilities while delivering exciting baseball action and affordable all-ages entertainment to its communities. More than 1.2 million fans attended Prospect League games over the past two seasons and in both 2023 and 2024, the League achieved new attendance records and led all collegiate summer baseball in growth.
Known as the Central Illinois Collegiate League from 1963-2008, the Prospect League has more than 60 years of proud tradition as one of the original and most recognizable summer leagues. The League's rich history includes Hall of Famers, NCAA and World Series Champions, over 200 alumni in Major League Baseball, and more than 800 professional players. - Hosting the brand-new Prospect League highlights show
- Managing, editing, and posting all league highlights
- Managing and posting on all league social media channels during game nights
- Assisting with League sponsorship activation
- Creating short-form video content on TikTok and Reels
- Creating long-form video content on YouTube and ProspectLeague.com
- Assisting with the management of digital content received from all 18 teams
- Implementing creative new content to boost the League's digital presence
- All other duties as assigned

- Hosting the League highlights show
- Creating content for YouTube, TikTok, and Reels
