Role Overview:
As the Creative Associate responsible for social media and community management, you will be responsible for managing our clients’ social media channels, engaging with their communities, and supporting the growth of their brands’ digital footprint. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for fostering meaningful connections online.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) to align with client’s brand voice and strategy.
  • Write engaging social copy to accurately represent a brand’s tone of voice.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and analytics to identify opportunities for content improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with growth, strategy, and creative teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
  • Proactively engage with target audience of clients across social platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement across platforms.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for building and nurturing online communities.
