THE DETAILS:
- Full time, direct hire role
- On-site 3 days a week in Charlotte, NC
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Assist in developing and executing tailored marketing strategies for local branches, ensuring alignment with regional goals. Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including vendor management, creative collaboration, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving demand generation efforts, adjusting strategies to meet goals, and continuously optimizing campaign performance to drive revenue and customer growth.
- Serve as the key liaison between local branches and corporate marketing teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive regional demand.
- Build and manage social media calendars for branches, collaborating with creative agencies on asset creation. Work closely with the corporate marketing team and regional leadership to execute and refine demand generation strategies across digital channels, including social media, paid search, and email marketing.
- Assist in managing and tracking budgets for demand generation activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and measuring the return on investment (ROI) across various marketing channels.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 3-5+ years of social media management and marketing coordination experience
- Experience with writing content for social and email
- Experience reporting on marketing performance and presenting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using social media management tools.
- Experience working with multiple locations/brands is highly preferred.
