Job Title: Media Sales Coordinator

Location: Fully Remote

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, between 8:00am - 5:00pm, with occasional overtime

Pay Rate: $21.00 to $25.00 an hour, depending on experience

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinating with internal BxB creative and development departments and outside vendors on the creation of client graphics, scripts, commercial production, and other types of marketing.
  • Managing the logistics of deploying streaming audio, video, billboard, and broadcast sponsorship campaigns.
  • Creating and processing media buy orders
  • Assisting in the development of client presentations and proposals
  • Reviewing media buy confirmations and invoices for accuracy
  • Researching and managing co-op compliance on client advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience in the Media industry as a Media Coordinator or a similar position working with buyers and sales
  • High level of accuracy
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct in-depth research
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle strict deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A team player with and ability to work independently
  • Ability to offer excellent customer service
  • Comfortable with technology with the ability to quickly learn new programs.
  • Skilled with the Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Prior experience with Canva and media buying, and research software preferred.
