About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Music Publishing in the US Latin market. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing and expanding the company's US Latin publishing roster, with a focus on signing new clients and driving their career development. This role requires a deep understanding of Latin music, its diverse sub-genres, and the cultural context in which it exists. The VP will be expected to have a strong industry network across key Latin music hubs, particularly in Los Angeles and Miami, and to work closely with the North American and global publishing teams to develop and implement strategies for client engagement. Basic skills in data analytics, finance, technology, and an interest in AI developments are also essential. Applicants for the VP position must have a background in talent management and/or A&R, with a proven track record in the industry. The role demands a creative thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to identify and assess new talent and market potential. Experience in other media industries and a network in the general market or international markets are considered a plus. The company is committed to diversity and inclusion and offers a flexible work environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and innovative professional, capable of maintaining and expanding relationships within the US Latin industry, and of creating opportunities for the company's broader US publishing roster.
