Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced End User Experience Engineer to spearhead the implementation and deployment of the 1E application across our entire end user environment. This role will focus on assessing and enhancing customer end user experiences, driving continual user performance improvements, and ensuring compliance efforts are met effectively.

As an End User Experience Engineer at GDIT, you will tailor cutting-edge solutions to the unique requirements of our clients. Your priority will be making the end user’s experience exceptional while we prioritize your career growth.

HOW A END USER EXPERIENCE ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  1. Lead the implementation and deployment of the 1E application across the organization's end user environment.
  2. Assess and monitor customer end user experiences using 1E to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  3. Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to integrate 1E with existing Splunk and SCCM environments.
  4. Develop and implement strategies for continual service improvement and security enhancement initiatives.
  5. Utilize analytical tools and metrics to measure and report on end user experience, performance, and compliance metrics.
  6. Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to 1E, Splunk, and SCCM environments.
  7. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  8. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate end users and IT teams on using 1E effectively.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in end user experience management and IT operations.
  10. Continuously assess end user performance through thorough analysis to identify reasons for underperformance.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  1. Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
  2. Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience
  3. Required Technical Skills: Proven experience as an End User Experience Management Lead or similar role, with expertise in deploying and managing the 1E application.
  4. Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
  5. Required Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in using analytical tools and metrics to drive performance improvements and security enhancements.
  6. Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of IT operations, including experience with Splunk and SCCM environments.

Salary Range: The likely salary range for this position is $131,750 - $178,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
