RS&H is currently seeking a Mid Level Graphic Designer to join the RS&H Graphics Design team in our Moving I-4 Forward Program Office in Celebration, FL.
In this position, you will work alongside the Senior Graphic Designer to implement all design elements of the Moving I-4 Forward effort, ensuring brand cohesion. You will work with an interdisciplinary group of professionals in Celebration, Florida.
The designer must be a resourceful self-starter, able to work in a collaborative marketing team environment under fast-paced deadlines and meet a high-level of accuracy with the ability to also work independently.?
Responsibilities:
Design high-quality graphical elements for various marketing collateral, including flyers, banners, presentations, print and digital campaigns, social media graphics, and other visual elements ensuring brand cohesion across all design pieces.
Support presentation teams for development of presentations concepts and layouts (via PowerPoint), presentation boards, and other leave-behind marketing materials necessary for client team presentations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and communications team members to turn complex ideas into visual graphics.
Coordinate with internal/external printing companies and resources for execution of final printed documents.
Customize design layout of graphics, resumes, project schedules, matrix, process and flowchart graphics, technical illustrated maps, etc.
Adhere to timelines and budgets while delivering high-quality design work.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant graphic design experience with an online portfolio.
Proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro.
Experienced with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) including strong proficiency developing PowerPoint presentations.
Ability to coordinate multiple graphics tasks at varying phases simultaneously.
Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, love challenges, and have a can-do attitude to go above and beyond to help internal/external clients and team members.
Excellent time-management skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a progressive work environment.
Demonstrate a high level of creativity using graphics (such as photos, graphs, charts, etc.) to improve communication and confidence to present and brainstorm creative ideas to technical teams.
Strong writing, editing and grammar skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- AEC experience.
