We are currently searching for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Specialist to support our Southwest Region located in Texas. The position requires coordination of work across many technical disciplines and branch offices.
The successful candidate should have graphic design experience with long-form content and be proficient in InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite products. This role involves creating high-quality visuals to support proposals, presentations, and marketing materials in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Graphic Design: Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual content for proposals, presentations, reports, and marketing collateral to improve clarity and visual appeal.
- Proposal & Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create visually compelling proposal graphics, charts, and maps that enhance storytelling.
- Technical Illustration: Create custom illustrations and diagrams to represent engineering solutions, translating complex data into easy-to-understand visual formats.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and marketing staff to understand project goals and translate them into visual content, offering input on design strategies to improve user engagement.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain visual branding consistency across all materials, aligning with company standards.
- Asset Management: Maintain a well-organized library of templates, assets, and files for efficient reuse.
- Quality Assurance: Perform thorough reviews for grammatical, typographical, and formatting errors to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Proactive Marketing Initiatives: Identify and pursue creative opportunities that support company marketing and promotional goals, such as photography, multimedia development, social media content creation, and other innovative strategies.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years’ professional graphic design experience, preferably in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Photography experience and familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools is a plus
- Experience working in a deadline driven environment and balancing multiple, competing priorities
- A character of integrity with the ability to work under strict deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor and a sense of humor
