Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will produce high quality projects ensuring delivery of quality, creative and error-free products.
Job Requirements:
Prepare a variety of high-quality, creative sales and marketing deliverables following established design best practices and proceduresWork with teams to conceptualize ways to visually communicate the story through high-end graphicsMaintain a graphic and answer content libraryStrong organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy workloads to meet time sensitive deadlinesCommunicate project status and deadlines as needed to ensure personal and department goals are met or exceededComplete special projects as assignedJob Deliverables:
Customized responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs)Materials for finalist presentations, which include:
PowerPoint decksInteractive presentationsPlacemats
Requirements:
Degree in graphic art or other equivalent education and/or experienceMinimum of 5 years of relevant work experienceDemonstrated proficiency in layout design, with an emphasis in Adobe InDesignStrong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)High-level verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills to interact with Associates at all levels of responsibilityAbility to understand when to proceed alone and when to involve other team membersAbility to work in a fast-paced, demanding environmentLegally able to work in the United States
