Under general supervision, responsible for support and development initiatives of best-in-class video productions for business unit clients in support of both internal and external communications. Responsibilities include: project planning and coordination, developing creative designs, writing scripts, creative story telling, videography, completing field production work, editing and completing post production activities, and contractor/vendor management. Manage the client relationship throughout assigned projects and ensure completed productions achieve defined communication and business objectives. Support A/V requirements, as needed, including but not limited to management of equipment, troubleshooting A/V related problems, and providing technical support for webcasts, telephone bridges, and special "live" events. Responsible for keeping up on latest video delivery systems and the library of existing visual digital content. Qualifications: - 3 or more years relevant experience as a writer, video producer required; 5 or more years strongly preferred; experience in multiple disciplines preferred - Experience as a videographer/editor and experience working with a variety of computers and computer software to include MAC and PC products strongly preferred - Bachelor's degree in related field (Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Liberal Arts, Public Relations, Advertising, etc) required - Master's degree in related field strongly desired - Expected to demonstrate expertise through writing and editing tests - Position requires travel both within Florida and throughout the U.S - Strong writing, verbal, editing, presentation and overall communication skills; solid skills in script writing - Proficiency in videography and editing - Solid knowledge and general skills to learn about A/V systems and technologies - Detailed oriented, organized and can manage multiple projects while dealing with tight deadlines - Ability to work well under pressure - Ability to work closely with varying levels of employees (including senior executives) - Strong follow-through; ability to decipher and solve problems that require significant coordination - Ability to work in a PC environment with a proficiency in Microsoft suite - Strong knowledge of social media channels and the integration of video and other visual communication methods - Strong dedication to customer service; the ability to remain flexible and adaptable to meet the demands of internal clients and demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for their business - Sound business and financial acumen - Ability to perform market research & analytics - A talent for creative thinking and problem solving - Ability to follow critical business processes to ensure quality and timely execution of initiatives - Ability to multitask and maintain high performance under extreme pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Furlough Notification ll NextEra Energy Contingent Workforce Program (CWP) assignments are eligible for worker furlough. As a Senior Product Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in leading and managing marketing initiatives for FPL's renewable energy programs, particularly FPL SolarTogether ® . This position is integral to developing product strategies aimed at driving customer adoption and increasing revenue. We need someone with exceptional skills in product marketing and project management, capable of leading projects from initial concept through to successful, timely completion, and achieving set metrics.

- Innovation in Marketing: Generate and implement innovative marketing ideas that stand out in the market.
