Description: As a Product Lead within our Media OS organization, you own the platform processes of building audiences based on various IQVIA, customer, and partner datasets through the distribution of those audiences across our ecosystem of partners. Your goal is to streamline our offerings portfolio and scale our business. You have a keen eye for gaps in our current offerings and an innovative mindset for filling them. You are a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release, revamping to upgrades. As part of our Media OS team, you lead our Audience and Open Ecosystem Team and own offerings across various healthcare verticals, including pharma, agencies, providers, publishers, and channel partners, with the opportunity to innovate and help shape industry standards for media planning and audience creation. You work in close partnership with our Head of Media OS Product, our Leads on the Audience Data team, and our Partnerships team. Responsibilities: Define the product strategy and roadmap for a core set of existing and new product offerings and tie owned initiatives to strategic business objectives. Lead, guide, and manage a team of product managers responsible for prioritization, functionality, and scope definition to bring value to customers, while providing constant feedback to ensure white glove product delivery. Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from conception to launch through GTM sales support, managing iterative improvements based on customer feedback and market developments. Bring best practices from data visualization and user experience to create requirements and features that will meet customer and business needs. Ensure collaboration across product teams to drive unified client experience and consistent measurement. Engage with key stakeholders across different healthcare verticals to understand their unique needs and challenges. Translate these insights into robust and innovative product solutions that provide measurable value. Build strong partnerships with multiple teams: audience data, partnerships, client services, and data management to drive product enhancements. Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop product positioning and messaging and produce necessary go-to-market support. Conduct profitability analysis and opportunity cost analysis. Navigate the complex data privacy and security landscape, developing products that adhere to stringent industry standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure any regulatory or enterprise compliance impacts are accounted for in product and communicated to the team. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies through continuous market research. Utilize these insights to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred. Experience and working knowledge of clinical data is preferred. At least 10 years of product management experience, preferably in a healthcare technology or data-focused organization, with a track record of driving high-performing product and solutions. Ability to deliver against set objectives and timelines, defined through roadmap planning and prioritization. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to distill complex challenges and bring forward simple solutions for at scale socialization. Comprehensive understanding of healthcare data, HCP and DTC identity, digital media marketing, and the intricacies of data privacy and security.
