Bring your ambition to the table as we unlock new doors together, taking your career to the next level.Bring your experience and be empowered to innovate.As a Creative Director on the Creative team, a typical day for you will include:Develop, present and implement consistently brilliant creative ideas that translate to multi-channel integrated campaigns, internal communications and video assets that deliver on the brands/client's needs and requests.Lead the internal creative and production teams as well as external creative resources (digital and print designers, copywriters, freelance services, video and print production, web app designers and agency partners) to deliver creative in consistent alignment with the brand's identity and style/campaign guidelines.Lead and direct the process for the creation and distribution of brand creative/campaign assets, brand guidelines, logos, signage, photography, video, digital brochures, and vehicle wraps and establish SLA's for delivery.Oversee the Digital Asset Management System (Brandfolder) and all creative and visual assets (brand campaigns, logos, photography, video, artwork, etc.) including tracking, management and distribution inside and outside of the organization.Oversee the Monday.com creative job submission process with Brand Marketing and efficiently manage creative projects from Neighborly and all (Franchise Owner) Service Brand submissions from concept through completion on time and within budget.Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success.Experience: 7+ years of management/leadership experience working in a high-performance marketing or creative department or for a marketing/branding/creative agency.Proven track record of supervising and training a team, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.History of continually refreshing creative vision and drive for fresh, relevant and purposeful creative work.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of employees and executives throughout the organizationAdept at incorporating logic and emotion into thinking.Comfortable with change and thinking beyond today's reality.Skills: Strong working knowledge of design, brand development, project management, interactive commerce, and all forms of creative production (digital, web, video, print and collateral).Digital, web and print design capabilities with ability to work and design in and across multiple media for integrated campaigns.Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Creative Cloud).Creative process management experience (Monday.com)Proficient in optimizing a Digital Asset Management System (Brandfolder)Video editing knowledgeStrong problem solving and creative concepting skills.Ability to work well as a leader and as a designer.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Design, Advertising, Fine Arts or related creative field required.Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid, 3 days a week in the Irving, Tx office.
