We admire humility and good vibes.About the roleLike you, this job is multidimensional. Every aspect is crucial to creating culturally relevant, impactful social work. Lead the development of engaging social content that aligns with brand strategy and is crafted with speed, quality, and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to produce cohesive social campaigns that deliver both strategic and creative impact. Stay on top of social media trends, applying insights to enhance engagement and elevate the brand's presence through special projects. Create and present bold, insight-driven concepts that push the boundaries of social media creativity and deliver measurable results. Continuously monitor and refine creative approaches based on data-driven insights, ensuring content resonates with the audience and achieves KPIs. Ensure visuals meet brand guidelines, and that all content is accurate, engaging, and consistent with the client's brand voice and messaging. Collaborate with clients and colleagues, effectively communicating, presenting, and advocating for creative concepts and strategies. Use each project as a stepping stone for continuous improvement and innovation.About the requirementsYou've got to check the boxes before you can think outside of them. A bachelor's degree in a creative or design-related field preferred. 8+ years of creative experience (agency or in-house) with a proven track record of delivering impactful work across various projects, clients, and platforms. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), Google Slides, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Preferred experience in production (video, CGI, physical, etc.) Experience with, or an openness to learning, AI software like Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc. Bonus points for experience in copywriting, illustration, photo compositing, UX/UI, or spatial design. Flexibility for travel, extended hours, and weekend work as needed. Exceptional conceptual skills with a strategic mindset for translating client goals into creative solutions.About the perksBecause we know they matter. Hybrid work schedule (in office 2x per week).
