The Creative Services Specialist will act as the primary creative resource for internal teams- including Client Services, Implementation, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations-working closely with each to develop and manage branded presentation materials for clients and prospects. This role will support the creation of client-facing presentations, marketing collateral, quarterly reports, essential company forms, webinars, and select training materials.
Primary Responsibilities
• Material Development: Collaborate with operations teams, HR, and Client Services to
create high-quality presentations, client-facing materials, and forms. Ensure all materials
align with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Webinar Support: Design and develop visually engaging webinar presentations, and
training both for live sessions and on-demanding training content. Work with subject
matter experts to ensure clarity and effectiveness in communication. Organize the
distribution of certificates to webinar attendees and oversee monitoring and support tasks
during live webinar events.
• Client Communications: Support Marketing team to prepare and send client-facing
communications using Constant Contact, ensuring timely and professional delivery of
information.
• Ad Hoc Creative Services: Serve as the single point of contact for ad hoc creative requests
such as enhancing PowerPoint presentations, creating PDF documents, and client-facing
reports. Manage multiple requests efficiently and prioritize tasks based on urgency and
importance.
• Brand Compliance: Monitor and enforce brand compliance across all creative outputs.
Provide guidance to team members on brand standards and est practices for visual
communication.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their creative
needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their projects and initiatives.
• Feedback and Revisions: Gather feedback from stakeholders and make necessary
revisions to ensure the final products meet expectations and objectives.
• Support for Marketing Team: Assist the marketing team with various creative services
requests, including graphic design support for campaigns, social media content creation,
and promotional materials.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on design trends and best practices in
presentations and document design. Propose innovative ideas to enhance the quality and
effectiveness of marketing materials.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
•Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet brand standards.
•Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
•Problem-Solving: Strong creative problem-solving skills to handle unique requests and challenges that emerge throughout project work.
•Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience (e.g., freelance work)
• A minimum of three years of experience in a creative services role, preferably in a
marketing or communications environment or agency
• Proficiency in graphic design and presentation software, including Microsoft
PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant
tools.
• Knowledge of Video Editing tools a plus
• Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms, including
designing and sending email campaigns.
• Knowledge of PEO or insurance industry experience preferred
COMPENSATION:
The starting base pay for this position is listed below. However, you should know that the pay rate may vary based on regional location, the candidate’s skill, and relevant experience. In addition, some positions may include a form of bonus or other incentive compensation, which would not be included in this salary range.
Salary Rate Range: $62,500 to $68,000
