The Bi-Lingual Creative Content Specialist is a member of the administrative support team under the Marketing Group and is accountable for providing consistent, creative, quality bi-lingual content, publications, and related PR/marketing materials for the Association's programs and the Association's development and fundraising efforts. The Bi-Lingual Creative Content Specialist will possess a proven editorial track record to produce high-quality, compelling, and engaging bi-lingual content for our audience, and contributes to CCE Suffolk's overall success. Works collaboratively with all program areas to make our services stand out.

The purpose of the Bi-Lingual Creative Content Specialist position is to construct and execute an overall content marketing strategy, including writing and editing compelling bi-lingual content for marketing efforts, such as social media management, content for annual report, appeal, website copy, email content, ad copy, and blog posts. Ensuring consistent, accurate, and compelling bi-lingual tone across all member communications and content by managing a content calendar and review process as a vital member of the Marketing Working Group.

Required Qualifications:

+ Associate degree or Equivalent Education. GED/High School Diploma plus 1-year transferrable program/functional experience may substitute for the educational component.

+ Ability read, write and communicate fluently in Spanish.

+ Four years of experience in a content-related role.

+ Proven ability to research and write on technical topics independently.

+ Keyword research.

+ Ability to work independently, organize workload, handle administrative detail, work under pressure, and establish priorities according to Association requirements.

+ Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude and appearance. Maintain a positive public image of CCE when dealing with the media, public, clients, staff, volunteers, and committee members.

+ Managing and liaising with content, identifying higher impact content strategies.

+ Ability to use content to facilitate acquisition or conversion through digital channels, especially from search engines (SEO/SEM), social media, keyword research, or email marketing.

+ According to SEO best practices, copyediting includes blogs, category and product pages, resource pages, FAQs, and landing pages.

+ Content and email marketing analytics experience.

+ Superior bi-lingual writing and editing skills with a proven track record of published compelling online content for financial institutions

+ Strong knowledge of bi-lingual writing best practices for various marketing channels, including advertising, direct mail, email, sales materials, digital, events, and social

+ Familiarity with the latest types of bi-lingual content trends and technologies, as well as a solid creative understanding

+ Ability to consistently prioritize workflow based on business impact

+ Ability to maintain energy, focus, and persistence despite challenges, disruptions, and redirections

+ Ability to lead and work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure

+ Ability to think creatively and innovatively

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Proficiency in Creative Publishing Software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), Google Suite, Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and similar software

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Understanding of social platforms, social trends, and best ways to communicate content

+ Ability and willingness to work with diverse audiences and maintain cultural sensitivity.

+ Ability to meet travel requirements associated with this position.

+ Ability to work flexible hours, which may include evenings and weekends, as appropriate.

+ Ability to transport supplies and equipment with or without accommodation.

+ Ability to clearly communicate and to read and write in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Demonstrated bi-lingual marketing and design abilities for effective branding and communications

+ Ability to generate creative and innovative approaches to marketing a community-based not-for-profit organization's bi-lingual educational image and products.

+ Ability to initiate, plan, organize, implement, and evaluate informal and formal bi-lingual marketing and public relations programs addressing diverse audiences.

+ In-depth knowledge of bi-lingual marketing and media methods.

+ Demonstrated ability to create and maintain complex and unique databases of information.

POSITION DETAILS:

Salary: $20 per hour (With Benefits)

Schedule: NON-EXEMPT 20 Hours per Week

No relocation or VISA Sponsorship available
