Who They Are Our client is a leading manufacturer of trusses in the Northwest. They have partnered with our firm to help them find a Design Director to lead and bring synergy to their nine design and manufacturing locations across their territory! The ideal person would have at least five years of experience overseeing truss designers and work well within a team environment. What You'll Do Responsible for assessing and enhancing company-wide truss design practices at each location Collaborate with General Managers and Design Managers at each plant to standardize their processes Responsible for compiling, documenting, and creating best practices and training programs for plants Attend and actively participate in management meetings What You'll Need 5+ years of experience as a design senior/lead within the truss industry Strong understanding of products is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
