Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Product Designer.
Summary: In this role, you'll work to impact and evolve our design framework across the company and shape the future in our mission to help our customers get anything. The Product Designer will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and some of the world's best designers, researchers, and content designers in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality UX solutions that evolve and improve the company's desktop and mobile websites
- Design beautiful end to end user flows that simplify complexity and create a delightful shopping experience
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs based on our UI framework to solve difficult UX problems
- Draw from existing brand guidelines and standards to maintain consistency across design language and patterns
- Create detailed documentation for our Figma source of truth
- Present work in a range of mediums and fidelities throughout the design process
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality
- Partner with product designers and engineers to ship high quality designs
- Ship, measure, and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
Requirements:
- A degree in HCI, Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with the latest tools to build design; Figma expertise is required
- A portfolio showing your experience shipping high quality, high impact consumer facing web products
- Fast-paced and organized with the ability to prioritize projects concurrently
- Strong understanding and application of user-centered design methods and principles
- Experience working and collaborating with teams with varied strengths in a multifaceted, rapid-growth environment
- Ability to strongly articulate your design work and rationale to your peers and cross-functional team
- Experience working within existing design systems and building new components
- Experience working on shopping and ecommerce sites is preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
