As the Fashion Marketing Intern, you'll play a crucial role in elevating Chloe's Boutique's online presence, helping to create captivating campaigns, grow our social media channels, and engage with our fashion-forward audience. This is a hands-on role where your creativity will be valued, and you'll gain invaluable experience in the fashion retail industry.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Create eye-catching visual content, including photos and videos, for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Social Media Management: Help schedule and manage posts across all platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Contribute to the planning and executing of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Event Promotion: Help promote in-store events, sales, and product launches through social media, email marketing, and local partnerships.
- Online Merchandising: Optimize product descriptions, photography, and layout for our website and online store to support the execution of e-commerce strategies.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends to ensure our marketing strategies resonate with our target audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics on social media and campaigns and help identify growth opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with our online community to build a loyal customer base and encourage positive brand engagement.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Communications,
- Public Relations, or a related field. Majors in Fashion Merchandising are highly preferred.
- Passionate about fashion and knowledgeable about current trends.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and comfortable managing online merchandising for e-commerce platforms.
- Creative mindset with strong writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of design software like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in retail, fashion marketing, or online merchandising is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in the fashion and marketing industry.
