We are searching for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate marketing, digital marketing, social media strategy, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Working directly with agents, the Marketing Manager identifies agent needs, assists in their marketing strategy, oversees their marketing collateral, and creates design briefs to be executed by the in-house creative team.

This is the equivalent of an account management role interfacing with our important clients (=agents), scoping out projects, estimating timelines and communicating those to the client in a way that manages expectations and builds trust.

Key measures of success in this role are agent satisfaction and retention, understanding and adoption of our marketing tools by agents and efficiencies in agent support and listing promotion.

This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

o Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote luxury agents and their listings.

o Utilize market research and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:

o Advise agents on best digital marketing practices, campaigns strategy, email marketing, and content marketing to generate qualified leads and enhance brand awareness.

o Advise on social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Customer Service Excellence:

o Implement and maintain high standards of customer service throughout all marketing initiatives.

o Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaboration:

o Work closely with the corporate brand team to align marketing efforts with marketing objectives.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Requirements
•Experience and understanding of graphic design, copywriting, social media, and email marketing required.
•Knowledge of Windows, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
•Reliable transportation (requires traveling to offices within assigned territory: Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Delray Beach).
•Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
•Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills
•Close attention to detail
•Previous work experience in a Marketing Manager or Sr. Marketing Coordinator position or similar
•Must be a self-starter, motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
•Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
•Experience working with budgets and forecasting.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and HTML coding a plus
•Fluent in English, other languages a plus.
