The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing efforts across multiple channels. You will lead the creation of engaging content, manage campaigns, and contribute to building a strong, positive image of the bank in the community. Your creative vision, strategic thinking, and ability to execute will be crucial to the bank's marketing success.

What you'll spend your time doing:

Marketing Strategy:

•Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

•Conduct market research to identify the most effective marketing channels and develop compelling messaging.

•Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost effective.

•Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the bank's marketing strategies fresh and innovative.

•Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.

•Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to support cohesive communications.

•Act as a steward of the bank's brand, ensuring all marketing efforts align with its mission, values, and strategic direction.

•Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.

•Use data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize future marketing initiatives.

Day-to-day Execution:

•Lead the design and production of digital media, print collateral, and other marketing materials.

•Develop and execute social media strategies, including content calendars and posts that align with business objectives.

•Write and edit external communications, including website content, case studies, blog posts, press releases, and other marketing collateral.

•Plan and execute customer appreciation and engagement initiatives such as events, gifts, mailers, and other touchpoints.

•Manage and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and measurement of success.

•Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on marketing performance, ROI, and areas for improvement.

•Develop community relations opportunities, including sponsorships, media opportunities, and public speaking engagements.

•Attend networking events and represent the bank in the local community to strengthen relationships and increase brand presence.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

•3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.

•Strong experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and social media content creation.

•Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms.

•Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

•Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.

•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.

•Experience with CRM systems and the ability to train and support teams on their use.

•Strong organizational and time-management skills.

•Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
