Salary:
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing strategies, analytics, and a proven track record of executing successful paid media campaigns. This role requires a balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making to achieve client goals and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Develop and execute strategies for paid search, display, social media, and video advertising.
- Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy to optimize paid search and social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing detailed reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Continuously test and optimize campaign elements, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative to improve performance and meet objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximizing returns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, and account managers) to ensure paid media efforts align with overall brand and campaign strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure best practices are followed and new opportunities are leveraged.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to optimize results.
- Present campaign insights, findings, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders in regular performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and familiarity with programmatic advertising tools.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to interpret campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain campaign results and optimization strategies to clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce paid media campaigns.
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
- Familiarity with SEO and how it integrates with paid media strategies.
