Job Description

Guerlain is looking for a creative, detail-oriented self-starter who is hyper-organized and excited to take on the role of PR Coordinator at Guerlain in the US. Reporting to the PR Manager, you will support Guerlain's PR & Communications team and assist in producing exciting and engaging experiences that reflect the brand's core values. In this role, you will work on all topics related to press, influencer and brand initiatives driving the Maison's image and brand awareness. This role will support the department in achieving high quality results and be a strong right-hand to the PR Manager, who leads all related activities under the supervision of the Director of PR & Communications. This role will work cross-functionally with internal Marketing, Digital and Visual Merchandising teams, global PR team in Paris and an external PR agency.

What you'll do:

Press & Influencer Strategy
  • Support press and influencer strategies for launches, campaigns, evergreen initiatives and more to ensure consistent brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage day-to-day press requests and product send outs in collaboration with US PR agency.
  • Elevate Guerlain's message through strategic influencer seedings, paid campaigns, events, and activations.
  • Build and maintain key influencer contact lists across 3-axis offering (skincare, fragrance, makeup)
  • Actively network and build relationships with key content creators, talent, agents, etc., monthly.
  • Manage PR product inventory and orders for in-house and PR agency needs.
Event Coordination
  • Support the planning and execution of PR events in the US and globally.
  • Liaise cross-functionally with internal departments (marketing, digital, visual merchandising, global PR)
  • Manage event logistics including preparing assets, coordinating teams, managing vendors, ensuring timely product arrivals, etc.
Press Asset Management
  • Prepare and manage all press assets for PR agency including press releases, imagery, one-pagers.
  • Lead necessary edits to press releases for the local market in collaboration with marketing team and graphic designer.
  • Assist in developing media briefs, interview preparation, Q&A materials in tandem with global and local teams.
Reporting & Competitive Analysis
  • Generate monthly DMR PR reports and wrap reports for product launches and events across 3-axis offering.
  • Consistently monitor ROI and progress made against established KPIs
  • Oversee press clipping reports and media tracker in collaboration with PR agency.
  • Compile and share monthly trend reports on industry developments and key competitors.

Qualifications
  • Prior working experience in a beauty or luxury company and/or an agency.
  • Strong knowledge of and relationships in the industry: traditional media, influencers, dermatologists, celebrity makeup artists, tastemakers, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate across the organization.
  • Attention to detail, resourceful, with a can-do attitude.
  • Team player who is excited for an opportunity to learn and thrive within a fast-paced company.
  • Strong planning and project management skills; ability to work autonomously.
  • Have a finger on the pulse keeping up with the latest industry innovations, trends, best practices, and influencers.
  • Fluency or working knowledge of French is a bonus.

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $65,000-$70,000.
