About The Role
As a Public Relations Intern at the RealReal, you will be responsible for supporting our Public Relations functions with a variety of tasks ranging from data gathering and analysis, partnering with internal stakeholders, and building PR programs from the ground up! This role requires high attention to detail, excellent time management, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

**This is a 10 week internship from 6/2/2025 - 8/8/2025.**

What You Get To Do Every Day
  • Revitalize and build out Celebrity and Stylist Program
  • Assist with data pulls and analysis for media opportunities
  • Serve as point of contact for scheduling editors and stylists
  • Work in partnership with executive assistants for calendar management
  • Updating and building media email lists to determine target audiences
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with key internal departments
What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:
  • Full-time (minimum 12 credit hours) undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or Communications graduating after December 2025
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
Preferred Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Muck Rack
  • Familiarity with Looker
  • Event planning experience
  • Intern experience in PR and/or at a fashion brand


Compensation, Benefits, + Perks

This role is not eligible for benefits.

The expected hourly rate for this role is 20.00-25.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
