Job Description
This position will report to the Senior Director of Growth and Strategy for the Intelligence Solutions (IS) & Modeling and Simulation Solutions (M&SS) Business Areas. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in working with Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts and leveraging past submissions to develop and deliver compelling blue proposal narrative in a repeatable and reliable manner. The ideal candidate will be technically adept and proficient in leveraging new technical tools (AI Augmented Proposal Development, Generative Search) with skills in drafting technical narratives from interviews with SMEs.
Responsible for development and curation of technical content leveraging information gathered via multiple methods (interviews, research, legacy review) and turning into compelling and compliant proposal content. Proficient in Prompt Engineering and leveraging new tech (AI Augmented Proposal Development, Generative Search) to draft content. Demonstrated understanding and/or natural curiosity/ability to learn new tech to draft content in the areas of Cybersecurity, Cloud Architecture, Intelligence Analysis, etc. Candidate must be able to extract design, solution, and win theme information from SMEs vs proffering their own.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $113080 - $192280
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Interview Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Solution Architects to draft technical proposal content that is compelling and compliant to the solicitation requirements.
- Research legacy content to apply and tailor to other customer's solicitation requirements
- Ability to harvest win themes and key discriminators to deliver compelling and compliant content
- Broad depth and understanding of proposal requirements combined with technical acumen to successfully storyboard and also write sections such as Technical Approach, Management Approach, Transition Approach, Risk Management Plans, Quality Control Plans, Executive Summaries, Cost/Price Narratives, etc.
- Ability to incorporate comments gathered from storyboard reviews, pink teams, red teams, and gold teams to deliver compelling and compliant content under tight deadlines
- Ability to articulate the "How" and the "Why" from the "What"
- Design, develop and test prompts for AI-powered language models to generate specific outputs
- Analyze model outputs and provide feedback to improve accuracy and relevance to RFPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources.
- Identify opportunities for knowledge sharing and implement strategies to promote collaboration and innovation.
- Stay current with industry standards and best practices in technical writing
- Attend capture, solution, and proposal meetings to ensure complete understanding of opportunity and ability to tailor proposal messaging
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize responsibilities to meet critical deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree in technical field + 8 years professional work experience. Flexible on years' experience if candidate has technical certifications and/or proven technical/proposal writing experience.
- Strong writing and communication skills with ability to assess and digest vast amounts of information to develop tailored proposal content under tight deadlines
- Technical background and/or proficient understanding in any of the following fields: prompt engineering, cybersecurity, engineering, HPC,
- Deep analytical and critical thinking ability
- Experience with any IC, FedCiv, or DoD customer
- Security Clearance or willing to be sponsored
- Prior experience in proposal or technical writing for Government contracting
- Technical Certifications
- Trained in professional proposal writing strategy
- Skilled in "strength-based" writing practicum
