CACI is seeking a cleared Technical Support Analyst who will be providing writing and editing services across Intel Enablers/Mounted Systems. This position is based at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and is Hybrid!
What You'll Get to Do:
- Producing/Rewriting tech manual content or performing editing and formatting to ensure it passes quality checks before review and signature
- Create line art (2D, isometric) from CAD renders, exploded views, to support detailed parts information and maintenance procedures
- Compose and edit computer-generated flat line, isometric drawings.
- Serves as command expert on technical data media innovation
- Develops requirements and provides technical guidance and direction for preparation of technical publications
- Assisting leads, engineers, and analysts by advising content outline and structuring
- Collaborating with SMEs to design, write, revise, peer-review, and/or edit technical documentation, including whitepapers, standard operating procedures, plans, metrics, outlines, or presentations, as it relates to demonstrations or deliverables
- Assisting with management for updates, version control, and revisions to knowledge management repository in SharePoint/Confluence/JIRA/Constant View/etc.
- Participate on Intel Enablers/Mounted Systems calls/meetings to capture new tasking and ensure all open tickets and tasks are properly managed and addressed through JIRA/Confluence/MS TEAM/SharePoint/Volta/etc.
- Collaborating consistently with leads, customer, and team to capture and provide updates
- Periodically report metrics and corresponding analysis for client review and strategic information and planning
- Understand and monitor operations processes, including but not limited to Business Continuity Planning and Strategic Planning
- Ensure effective controls, countermeasures, processes are in place and optimized to maintain a strong organizational posture
- Identify gaps and bottlenecks in the presentation and reporting of data within and to the JIRA dashboard, including issues related to schedule, performance, capacity, interoperability, scalability, and manageability
- An active DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of position-specific relevant experience
- Need proficiency in common software i.e. AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, ISODraw
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- JIRA/Confluence/Agile Knowledge/Technical Writing
- Certified Scrum Master, Certified Agilist, Project Management Professional, Certified Technical Writer (CTW)
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or related discipline
- Master's degree (Writing, Communication, or STEM)

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$61,600 - 129,300 USD
