Specific Project Delivery Capabilities:
- Act as the UI/UX ("front-end") expert on the A/AI Team
- Provide expert level knowledge in the design of UI/UX tools
- Demonstrate mastery of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy considerations
- Interest in maintaining knowledge of new/improved UI/UX platforms that can be integrated into Mesa's suite of services
- Possess a clear understanding of internal/external client needs and how UI/UX development addresses those needs
- Integrate seamlessly with database managers, data analysts, ML practitioners, and other programmers by having a solid understand of programming tools/methodologies
- Proficient in one or more major JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Angular, React, Vue etc.
- Proficient in HTML and CSS
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Understanding of version control systems (git, SVN, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps, Visio)
- Works under the direction of a Program Manager or Technical Manager.
- Communicates effectively with internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinates/communicates effectively with peers and able to effectively integrate and work in a team environment.
