- As a user experience designer at Client, you will have the opportunity to:
- Use design to help our customers secure their futures and protect the ones they love.
- Change how Client financial professionals connect with and serve their customers.
- Reform how customers interact with financial solutions like insurance and investments.
- Deliver and iterate on new, innovative, omnichannel experiences.
- Influence product lifecycle by imagining the future state.
- Partner with Agile squads using the latest frameworks.
- Partner with our team of user researchers and user interface designers.
- Collaborate on Client's Blueprint design system.
- Advocate for the use of fresh design tools and ethical design practices.

An ideal candidate for this role will be:
- A passionate user experience designer with an in-depth understanding of UX practices.
- A data-driven decision maker who leans on research to focus on tactical solutions.
- A talented verbal and visual communicator who becomes a trusted partner of product managers and business stakeholders.
- Great at putting just enough detail into wireframes to garner great feedback.
- Interested in and adept at learning new technologies - enough to understand trade-offs between development time and impact to the user experience.
- A great collaborator who is well-versed in Agile methodologies and the role of design.
- Well-versed in a variety of design problems, information architecture needs and common interface patterns.
- Designs approached with a systemic point of view; able to work within a design system and expand components within that system.
- Attentive to detail with strong pattern recognition skills.
- Ability to work in ambiguity.
- Design Systems Experience REQUIRED
- Agile experience - REQUIRED
Education:
- 3+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in design/fine arts, Psychology, Communication, English, Computer Science or related field.
- A continuously collaborative and inclusive mindset.
- Experience applying research to the design process.
- Experience conducting workshops and engaging stakeholders.
- Deep expertise with Design Systems, Visual Design and Information Architecture.
- A proven approach to design deliverables like concepts and wireframes.
