The Global Product & RD team is building up core TikTok products to ensure TikTok continues a healthy growth, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more.
The Global Product team is growing exponentially. The business lines are ranging from Monetization Technology, Data, Machine Learning, System, Infrastructure, AR Effects, Security Technology and more.

Responsibilities
- Execute at every stage of the design lifecycle with product managers, UX writers, and engineers to ship product experiences globally.
- Create user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity designs that provide multiple solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods for user research.
- Review product releases qualitatively and work with engineering in handoff phases through pre and post launch to optimize and test compatibility.
- Contribute to feature roadmap strategies, improve product design processes, and champion knowledge sharing opportunities through documentation and post-launch presentations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years designing UX for business design including SaaS, PaaS and web design.
- Strong in interaction design, and regularly execute prototypes using tools like Figma.
- Great communication skills to be able to articulate your concepts, vision and decision-making.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across the org.
- Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple concepts.
- Results oriented and resilient. Ability to fit within a startup culture which celebrates efficiency and driving impact.
- At times, work efficiently under high levels of pressure and demanding timelines.

- Experience working with design systems (design components, icon, color).
- Experience working on complex B2B systems to solve specific enterprise level problems in a professional field.
- Familiar with development methods.
