About the Role

This position involves all aspects of being the liaison between the Customer Service, Inventory and Assembly shop departments and providing accurate information regarding status details when a customer is requesting confirmation of an order.

Skills and Abilities (Top 5): Microsoft Office: Word, Excel General computer savvy Good verbal and written communication Liaison between multiple internal departments Comfortable in both the shop and office environment Other tasks as required Actual Tasks (Top 5):

Coordinate handling of expedite orders. Communicate with CS to solve issues such as parts shortages & routing. Complete the Late Order Report. Determining modified delivery date(s). Handle changes to in-flow orders. Resolve/investigate credit limit issues & BCO orders. Sending of late orders. Notify CS reps when handling orders are late.

Potential Pay Range $20 - $22/hour (1st Shift)

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
