As a product designer at Ironclad, you'll use technology to shape, automate and modernize the end-to-end contracting process - from drafting through negotiation to signature and beyond. You'll work with engineers and product managers to transform and humanize the nature of a contract - from paper to data, and from inaccessible to intuitive.

- You'll do a lot of hands-on software/UI design for a complex and rich application. Important note: our design team is for do-ers, not just thinkers/collaborators.
- +8 years of experience at a tech company
- Shipped exemplary work into a large market.
- A phenomenal UI designer; with evidence of lifting the UI craft of others.
- Fluent with web, iOS, and Android UI design patterns.
- Understands how software works, and the ability to code is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of a company.
- A continuous learner who solicits feedback proactively.

Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $210,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad's competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
