We're seeking an enthusiastic, curious, Senior Art Director to join our Performance Creative Team. This a temporary role, from late January 2025 until late February 2025 with an anticipated 40 hours per week. You will pay a key role in the development of creative for digital design, display, social and websites.
If you have a passion for design and understand a creative brief and are not afraid to bring your own ideas and creativity to the table, this might be the role for you!
You have deep experience with B2B digital marketing and experience designing across multiple digital mediums. You are motivated by what resonates with consumers and what makes them, applying these principles and applying this to creative design.
Additional information
The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $44.13 - $71.38 per hour. Hourly pay is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
TEMP employees are eligible for paid holidays as outlined on the dentsu 2025 holiday schedule, in addition to safe and sick time.
This is a Temporary, W2 role on dentsu payroll.

- You will create original and strategic concepts
- Collaborate with copywriters and other creative team members to take work from brainstorming to delivery
- You will present and sell in creative work to team members and team members; occasionally to clients
- You will work with existing assets to reimagine, scale, and repurpose across channels
- Understand the nuances of digital media channels, including social channels, website/UX, YouTube, email, and SEO-centric video
- 5+ years of experience in art direction or graphic design on advertising, content marketing, or digital media teams
- Attention to quality craft
- Solid B2B and Tech/Telecom experience.
- Know how to build creative in social media (organic and paid), display, email, OLV...long story short, experience in omni-channel campaigns
- Take/give clear direction
- Consistency of quality ideas
