Senior Product Designer

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Product Designer for a Contract job with a client in Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid) . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, consistent designs, and apply design systems across multiple platforms.

Rate Range: $58/hour to $62/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Product Designer job responsibilities include:

• Lead and execute end-to-end design initiatives to align with product deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers.
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across web, mobile, and native applications.
• Use design tools like journey maps, wireframes, and user flows to communicate complex information.
• Develop and iterate on designs based on user research and feedback.
• Create interactive prototypes and presentations to showcase design concepts to stakeholders.
• Educate stakeholders on design processes and best practices to improve overall operations.
• Ensure accessibility compliance by following WCAG and ADA standards.
• Contribute to an existing design system, ensuring its evolution for future projects.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the design field.
• Proficiency in design, prototyping, and presentation software such as Figma and Keynote.
• Experience working with design systems like Material Design.

Pay Details: $58.00 to $62.00 per hour
