Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Digital Content Developer to elevate Virtucoms

online presence and engage K-12 decision-makers through compelling digital media. This role

focuses on managing and enhancing our digital content across platforms like LinkedIn and our

website to promote Virtucom’s solutions and services effectively. The ideal candidate thrives in

planning, creative thinking, and data-driven decision-making, creating content that resonates

with high-level educators and IT professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Design and publish visually engaging posts using Canva to showcase Virtucom’s solutions and services.
  • Craft persuasive and professional captions, tailored to engage high-level decision-makers (principals, assistant principals, IT directors).
  • Schedule and upload posts using HubSpot, ensuring consistency and timely delivery of content.
  • Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, monitoring trends to optimize engagement and reach.

Website Design & Management:

  • Design and update webpages on WordPress to ensure our digital presence aligns with Virtucom’s solutions-driven approach.
  • Create polished PDFs and one-pagers using Canva to support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

Video Content Development:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and edit promotional videos that highlight Virtucom’s solutions and services, targeting decision-makers and educators.
  • Ensure videos align with brand messaging and effectively communicate our value proposition.

Strategic Planning & Collaboration:

  • Plan content strategies aligned with Virtucom’s mission to provide schools with technology and support services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical staff, to align content with business objectives and audience needs.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

  • Monitor performance metrics across platforms, using insights to refine content strategies for greater impact.
  • Analyze audience engagement to ensure content resonates with primary (decision-makers) and secondary (tech specialists and teachers) audiences.
Requirements:

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Canva and WordPress; familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences.
  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn and optimizing posts for professional engagement.
  • Understanding of analytics tools to measure and improve content performance.\
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
