As a

Marketing Administrative Assistant for the Oncology BU , you will provide administrative support to senior leaders within the organization. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. Responsibilities include some of the following: Responsible for full schedule management as appropriate for Marketing VP and Brand Leads Monitor internal and external correspondence ensuring appropriate reply or prompt delegation and tracking of actions in an independent manner Escalate necessary queries as appropriate Work with relevant internal departments and external organizations to research content to prepare correspondence and presentations Organize travel itineraries, liaising with internal and with external organizations Maintain marketing org charts, distribution lists and rosters Manage, maintain and reconcile Procurement, Corporate Meeting and Corporate T&E cards Meeting planning which includes sourcing, negotiations, all hotel logistics (F&B, AV, accommodations, etc) and affiliated communications for attendees Crafting team communications (people announcements, deadline reminders, etc) Attending OMLT and capturing notes, actions and follow-up Collaborate internal and external communications/interactions upon coming into FMC

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: High School diploma 5+ years' experience supporting executive or marketing leadership within the pharmaceutical industry

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Associate degree Advanced IT skills to include Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel, use of inter- and intranet Demonstrable experience in providing secretarial support to senior leadership (CEOs, CBO's etc., and their Admins) and Academia via e-mail, phone and face to face Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail, including ability to handle complex travel arrangements and organize cross-site events
