About the role
Rippling is looking for an Employer Brand Marketing Manager to define and elevate our employer brand globally. This role will shape Rippling's narrative as an employer of choice, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive content creation, live events, social campaigns, and strategic programs that attract top talent in engineering, product, and design. The ideal candidate is either a full-stack marketer or a communications professional eager to transition into a marketing role, bringing expertise in storytelling, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
What you will do
Define Rippling's EVP: Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate Rippling's Employee Value Proposition, tailored to engineering and product talent. Create Compelling Content: Develop and manage a library of videos, blogs, and social media assets showcasing our technical challenges and innovative culture. Drive Recruitment Marketing: Build and implement campaigns targeting diverse audiences in the U.S. and Bangalore, integrating employee stories and technical showcases. Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Work closely with Rippling leaders to identify and tell compelling stories, both internally and externally. Manage Reputation: Oversee Rippling's presence on platforms like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and Blind, ensuring we engage proactively with reviews and feedback. Live Events: Plan and execute technical recruiting events and meetups to build a pipeline of candidates. Optimize Channels: Use analytics to drive adoption of recruiting assets and ensure maximum impact. Strategic Recognition: Pursue awards like "Best Places to Work" to elevate Rippling's employer brand. What you will need
Exceptional Storyteller: Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with technical and creative audiences. Scrappy and Resourceful: Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a knack for finding creative solutions and delivering impactful results, even with limited resources. Strategic Thinker: Capable of seeing the big picture while executing detailed projects, balancing long-term goals with short-term wins. Relationship Builder: Skilled at building trust and confidence with stakeholders, from executives to team leads, and adept at navigating cross-functional dynamics. Data-Informed Marketer: Uses analytics to measure the impact of campaigns and continuously refine strategies to drive engagement and adoption. Proactive and Autonomous: Takes ownership of projects, drives them to completion, and consistently delivers high-quality results without extensive oversight. This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.

105,000 - 183,750 USD per year (US Tier 1)
