What You Will Do :
Guidehouse is seeking a talented and experienced CX and BA to join our team, focusing on delivering customer-centric solutions that enhance user experience and drive business value. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of product management, customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), and agile business analysis. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage product development lifecycles, and prioritize features based on customer insights, business needs, and technical feasibility. Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Work with PO and Stakeholders to define, communicate, and implement product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
Customer & User Experience (CX & UX): Conduct user research and analysis to develop a deep understanding of customer personas and pain points and develop customer journey maps. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and effective user experiences.
Agile Product Development: Collaborate with agile product teams, defining user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring continuous delivery of value in alignment with Agile principles and Scrum methodology.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business owners, design and dev team, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing enhancements.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product performance and user feedback to make data-informed decisions. Identify areas for improvement and recommend new features or changes based on insights.
Requirement Analysis: Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring product features align with strategic goals and meet business and customer needs.
What You Will Need :

An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance

Bachelor’s degree
-
TWO (2) or more years of relevant product management, with a strong CX/UX and Human Centered Design experience
What Would Be Nice To Have :

Demonstrated ability to solve problem and think critically, both individually and in a team environment

Experience in Agile methodologies and business analysis, ideally with a background as a Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst.

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to translate technical information to a non-technical audience at all levels of the organization

Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, quality, & customer service orientation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements and actionable tasks.

Proficiency in using product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira Confluence)
