Seasonal Videographer Job at Rising Light Ridge in Wilkes-Barre

Rising Light Ridge is a ministry of the Tim Tebow Foundation and will be a fully accessible recreational, learning, and ministry campus. Rising Light Ridge will provide a community of belonging where participants of all backgrounds and abilities and their families can experience Faith, Hope and Love and grow in Christ. Our programming is designed to foster peer-to-peer relationships that inform, serve, and challenge one another.

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced seasonal videographer with the ability to work Monday – Friday from June 23rdh – August 8th. This role will be responsible for capturing moments throughout the Day Camp programming. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 1 year of videography and editing experience and be able to work closely with the photographer. This candidate will work under the direction of the Program Director.

Weekly camp Schedule: Monday – Friday

· Obtain videos of all programming

· Plan and organize creative content with staff and participants

· Work with photographer to get content showing Rising Light Ridge’s mission, vision, and values

· Take appropriate and prudent action in emergency situations

· As needed, there may be times you are asked to assist in other areas outside of obtaining and editing videos as the program director assigns

· CPR and First aid certifications.

Training/Certification can be provided by Rising Light Ridge.

· Experience with taking videos

· Experience with Video editing software such as Adobe

· Must be available the entire camp season

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Typical work schedule runs from Monday-Friday

This position requires the ability to lift and carry 40-50 lb. Ability to push, pull, twist, and turn in a safe manner. Ability to stand for at least 4 hours, walk and run on uneven terrain, and assist participants as needed.
