Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our digital presence by developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy. You will work directly with the VP of Product & Marketing to grow our online visibility, drive brand awareness, and ensure our digital channels represent a cohesive and engaging brand image.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and online visibility.

  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms including videos, graphics, and written posts.

  • Manage the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Collaborate with the public relations and marketing teams to coordinate social media campaigns, product launches, and events.

  • Stay current with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies.

  • Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite to design visual content (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance including engagement, follower growth, and content effectiveness.

  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, reviews, and messages in a timely, positive manner.

  • Build and manage relationships with influencers and other key partners to amplify the brand.

  • Oversee the e-commerce social media presence, ensuring the products are showcased in an appealing and engaging manner.

  • Utilize Google Analytics to track website traffic and conversions to inform social media marketing decisions.

  • Regularly provide insights and performance reports to measure campaign success and refine strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a related role.

  • Strong command of social media marketing principles and best practices.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic and video content creation.

  • Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce social media management, showcasing products effectively to boost sales.

  • Experience with Google Analytics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various campaigns simultaneously.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, marketing, and design.

  • Experience working with influencers and managing relationships with external partners.

  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
