Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our digital presence by developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy. You will work directly with the VP of Product & Marketing to grow our online visibility, drive brand awareness, and ensure our digital channels represent a cohesive and engaging brand image.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and online visibility.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms including videos, graphics, and written posts.
Manage the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Collaborate with the public relations and marketing teams to coordinate social media campaigns, product launches, and events.
Stay current with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies.
Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite to design visual content (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Monitor and analyze social media performance including engagement, follower growth, and content effectiveness.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, reviews, and messages in a timely, positive manner.
Build and manage relationships with influencers and other key partners to amplify the brand.
Oversee the e-commerce social media presence, ensuring the products are showcased in an appealing and engaging manner.
Utilize Google Analytics to track website traffic and conversions to inform social media marketing decisions.
Regularly provide insights and performance reports to measure campaign success and refine strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a related role.
Strong command of social media marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic and video content creation.
Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Knowledge of e-commerce social media management, showcasing products effectively to boost sales.
Experience with Google Analytics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various campaigns simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, marketing, and design.
Experience working with influencers and managing relationships with external partners.
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
