Location: King of Prussia, PA (100% on-site)
Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year
Title: Sales/Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales and executive teams. This role requires a well-organized individual with strong communication skills who can manage CRM data, engage with prospective clients, coordinate documentation, prepare for client site visits, and support the sales team’s daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- CRM Coordination
o Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain accurate CRM contacts.
o Ensure all relevant contacts and records are updated for company events, email campaigns, and ongoing communication.
- Conference Attendee Engagement
o Compile attendee lists from industry conferences.
o Identify and engage relevant prospects, facilitating follow-up outreach and scheduling.
- Document Management
o Assist senior executives with the creation, editing, and management of internal documents, including NDAs, proposals, and marketing materials.
o Ensure all documents are current, accurate, and aligned with company standards.
- Diligence Portal Development & Maintenance
o Work with the compliance team to update PSG’s internal diligence portal.
o Regularly review and maintain the portal to ensure compliance with company standards and operational requirements.
- Site Visit Coordination
o Coordinate with the Chief of Staff for on-site client and prospect visits.
o Manage technology preparations, executive team availability, and any logistical requirements for a successful site visit experience.
- Sales Support
o Act as a central resource for the sales team, answering inquiries and providing information as needed.
o Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports.
o Coordinate with the sales team to maintain an up-to-date pipeline and track client interactions.
- Lead Tracking & Follow-Up
o Manage lead tracking to ensure all incoming inquiries are followed up on promptly.
o Support the sales team in maintaining engagement with prospects and following up on client inquiries.
- Reporting & Data Analysis
o Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for review by the management team.
o Analyze CRM and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Administrative Support
o Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items from team meetings.
o Create proposals for sales group.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales support, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and document management tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and prioritize multiple projects.
Working Conditions:
- Must be local to our headquarters in King of Prussia, PA
- May require occasional travel to prospects, clients, and conferences.
