This pivotal role at TOOP+TOOP blends leadership, strategy, creativity, and customer service with the fast-paced worlds of social media and real estate. You’ll be the driving force behind our corporate social media platforms, leading a talented team to produce campaigns that inspire, engage, tell meaningful stories, and deliver measurable results.
Your Role
As our Marketing Studio + Social Media Manager, you will be at the centre of our creative operations. Leading our team of four creatives in our dedicated Marketing Studio, you'll shape the way our brand connects with our community – working with all of our departments, turning their ideas and success stories into compelling narratives and impactful marketing campaigns.
Forming a key role in our management team, you will work closely with our General Manager and business owners, sales agents, and suppliers to ensure the seamless delivery of campaigns that highlight new property listings, celebrate team achievements, and bring TOOP+TOOP’s vision and values to life across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Studio Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the TOOP+TOOP Marketing Studio, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of our marketing campaigns that align with TOOP+TOOP’s premium brand ethos.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with suppliers and sales agents to provide effective marketing support for property listings and personal or corporate branding campaigns to grow their business.
- Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and execute strategies for both organic and paid social media campaigns, driving growth in audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Communication + Storytelling: Uncover key stories across TOOP+TOOP, leveraging PR opportunities and utilising our internal creative team to optimise content for maximum impact across our marketing channels.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in Marketing or Account Management: You have a strong background in leading creative teams or managing campaigns, and you’re confident in building and maintaining relationships that deliver results.
- Social Media Savvy: You understand how to manage social platforms and social media advertising campaigns, with a track record of boosting engagement and delivering measurable success.
- A Natural Leader and Communicator: You excel at bringing people together, encouraging creativity, and staying focused in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly Organised and Proactive: You’re skilled at managing multiple priorities, keeping stakeholders informed, and ensuring projects are delivered with efficiency and attention to detail.
