This role is hybrid, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for the team to be together. This role can be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, or New York. The LinkedIn Talent Solutions’ Sales Activation PMM team sits at the intersection of our Product, Marketing, and Sales organizations. This team is responsible for launching new products, pricing programs, solution suites, and narratives for our internal field sales teams - and drives strategic business initiatives to transform how we sell at LinkedIn. Responsibilities Partner with our various cross-functional teams to craft sales activation strategies and approaches based on deep understanding of field and customer needs Run sales enablement programs intended to deliver product education to a large sales team at scale Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Talent portfolio market landscape and apply this knowledge when developing sales enablement content and post-sales resources Drive the go-to-market approach and its execution by collaborating with internal cross-functional marketing teams and/or agencies Work with cross-functional enterprise teams to manage the planning and execution of sales enablement initiatives and track performance to drive future improvements Basic Qualifications BS/BA degree required 6+ years of experience in relevant product, marketing, sales or business strategy roles; direct Product Marketing experience in a SaaS marketing or two-sided marketplace is a major plus! Experience creating sales facing training materials Preferred Qualifications Comfort in working with and supporting B2B enterprise sales organization Proven ability to succinctly synthesize data, develop recommendations, create presentations, and break down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of audiences A strategic thinker with strong business judgment who can problem-solve in real-time Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic, fast-moving environment Apply a customer-centric lens at all times to govern decision-making and when evaluating trade-offs Superb organization and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships and work streams at once Ability to execute / drive significant volume of work forward when needed Suggested Skills Simplifying the Complex Cross Functional Collaboration Communication, Verbal and written Self-starter LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $121,000 to $188,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
